On 15 th of February, 2019, wholesale and logistics company Oribalt Vilnius UAB has signed letter of intent for the rent  of 6500 sq. meters at logistics warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania.The developer company is the Norwegian investment fund  ,,Baltic Sea Properties AS“, represented by it‘s managing director of Lithuanian operations, Mr. Sigitas Jautakis. Oribalt Vilnius UAB commited for the 12 years rent period. The total investment is approx. 4,8 million eur. The building is planed to be delivered in June, 2020.
